No More Whats.......

8:00 a.m. was Thom's appointment with the doctor for his hearing checkup. Thankfully his hearing tested for only age related loss and all he needed was a cleaning (he had a hairball...how funny is that!). Hopefully his selective hearing will improve with this procedure!

It was a fantastic weather day.....door open and fresh fall air circulating through the house. I love it! Thom got back from his appointment, haircut and other errands in time for lunch and then I hit the road for Good News. Those 2 1/2 hours of my life could well be forgotten.....the kids were out of control and in my wildest dreams I can't imagine a single morsel of God's Word traveled home with them.

To unwind I set out for a hike in the woods with my favorite man and two golden retrievers. The sun was setting but enough light was left to handle 2 laps before dinner. It helped work out my frustration and we enjoyed minestrone and corn bread.

Now showered, in my p.j.s with tea in hand I'm ready for Biggest Loser....
