Our music minister decided to have communion as part of the Easter Cantata which meant my team was gathered at the church early this morning to prepare. Everyone came resulting in quick completion of our task and I was back home by 10:30. The weather was pleasant so Thom and I chose to walk before lunch and enjoy the cool air.
My Easter dessert menu preparations monopolized the entire afternoon. Our meal ending treats include Steve's birthday cake (of course), peanut butter brownies, Watergate salad, rice pudding and Cinnabun scones. I may just pass on dinner to keep plenty of room available for a bit of each!
I managed a little more fresh air walking a mile of "litter" cleanup while Thom mowed the lawn and worked on the boat. Background entertainment was provided by a Mets victory followed by the Masters. Oh,and then of course Rangers hockey.
A few final items and a near perfect Saturday comes to a close.....
