Our Thursday started off with a nice walk in the early cool. No travel plans if you don't include a run to Walmart for necessities and my afternoon ride to church to work in the pantry. While I was closed in a small room surrounded by cans of veggies Thom finished the pre-swim work on the pool.....quite the project but he was successful as usual.
Our Friday brought us back to packing on the miles. Thom went to work and I found myself back in Gastonia to babysit. The pre-Memorial Day heat was intense making Thom's day exhausting. Brady and I confined ourselves to the house to stay cooler but ventured out to the yard for short periods of golf games and such. Olivia arrived and we decorated and baked cookies for our "craft" and snack.
Home to leftovers and hopefully a Ranger win....
