Full Throttle......

A whirlwind of a day. My first CPC client was a first timer which means extra time for paperwork and getting acquainted. This poor sweet girl was struggling with her situation and she tugged at my heart. Phyllis joined us and took over for me at the library stage since my 10:30 client had arrived and was waiting. This client has a special place in my heart. We talked for awhile and when the appointment ended and she had shopped in the EWYL store we went to a local yogurt store to extend our enjoyable visit.

My first afternoon client arrived and we had a pleasant and positive session. She mentioned that she had walked to CPC (from nearly 2.5 miles away) . Since there were a few extra minutes till my final appointment I drove her home....temps were in the 90's.....she would roast on the way back! Final girl of the day was late and when I finally exited the building it was 4:15 and I was exhausted.

Busy, busy day but oh so satisfying. What an amazing blessing and privilege to be part of God's work in this world....
