A+ Day.......

The day was busy at CPC. Three clients kept their appointments and the no-show allowed me time to help sort through donated clothes for the lending closet. It was the last day for one of the volunteers as her husband is a chaplain in the military and she is moving to his new assignment. We took her out to lunch to say goodbye and wish her well .... had a great time. My day concluded at 4:30 and Chinese was on the dinner menu so I picked up our meal and headed home.

Wednesday prayer service was preempted by a children's Christmas puppet show and seasonal singing. Those old hymns can lull you into the spirit so easily.

Back home to more baking and bed......
