Simple Sunday......

We chose to attend late service this morning but still had to be at church before 9:00 to gather the early service communion cups and prepare the items for 10:15 worship. My condensed (due to construction) SS room was crammed with 8 little boys but we had a fun time and they seem to absorb much more through discussion and play. We cleaned the sanctuary and re-shelved the Lord's supper articles and eventually returned home close to noon.

Another beautiful day to share a hike with the girls and later run a few errands. A musical group was performing tonight (5th Sunday Singing)but we decide to pass on the event and enjoyed a late dinner. Thom did some arm chair cheering for the NHL All Star game and I just tackled some odds and ends.

A good Sunday....a blessing from the good Lord.....thank You....
