My Tuesday began as usual at the homeless shelter catching up on filing and auditing the meds. I left at 11:30 to join the Good News workers for an "end of the year" luncheon at Cracker Barrel....yummy and fun!
Home for a change of clothes....jeans and jerseys was the wardrobe of the night for the "tailgating theme" banquet. In short it was amazing. Pam Tebow was an inspiring key note speaker, the food was delicious and music wonderful. I hadn't seen the video before the event and was taken by surprise at the content. I expected 10-15 seconds, not so. I wasn't sure if I wanted to crawl under the table or shout with gratitude for being allowed to share my testimony and the work of CPC with 1750 people!
Stefanie and Janice were sweet enough to make the long trip to Spartanburg for the banquet and I was so thrilled to have had them there to share this honor. The video brought me to tears....I am soooooo blessed!
A great day....thank You Lord.....
