Thom woke me this morning on his way out the door......6:20! I got up to get an early start with chores and have things done when Emmy stirred from sleep. To my surprise she meandered downstairs at 7:50 and our whirlwind day began. By 9:15 we were out the door having already enjoyed a pancake breakfast and completed her "tile" craft. We spent a really fun morning at Hollywild....overcast weather allowed for the animals to be out and about alive with activity.
Home for lunch and lots of pool time as well as our "dry erase" board creation. Thom immediately showered after work and we drove to Greer for 3 games of bowling. Lots of fun and laughter. Back for dinner, a hike in the woods with the dogs and another hour in the pool. Finally a shower and relaxing with a few Olympic events before we say goodnight.
Totally terrific day.....
