Spring Work.....

Up early and off to the golf course. Not for a game this time but for a fundraising pancake breakfast for Becky's mission trip. We enjoyed the change of pace a.m. meal and chatting with her for a bit before a few errands and home to a day of yard grooming.

I pulled weeds and applied grass and weed killer while Thom mowed. Spray paint in hand I think I put the 6th or 7th layer of beige paint on the screen room kid's furniture.....definitely got my money's worth out of those pint size plastic chairs and tables (we've had them 14years!). After lunch Thom hooked on the trailer and picked up black mulch which we spread around the newly trimmed bushes.....looks nice. Love laboring in the sunshine and the visible results of a hard day.

A walk, a nap for Thom, dinner, sad Ranger loss and a quiet evening ahead.

Lord's day tomorrow and company headed this way.....
