Thursday morning the time had come for the kids to be back home and we were loaded and on our way near 10 a.m.. Stopped to get Brian a haircut (he looked so handsome and old!) then dropped by the bank to visit Stefanie, a quick lunch, took Brian to the orthodontist to get his lower braces, played mini-golf and finally got to the house for a dog walk and family evening. A late night of catching up with Stefanie.
Up and running this morning. Brian had a friend join us but before fun time began we took Emmy for her haircut and headed to the Kahn's to have Olivia and Brady join my little troop. A few hours in the subdivision swimming pool and we all had a late Lil Caesar's pizza lunch. Trampoline and volleyball back at the Tarantinos. When my charges were safely with their parents I stopped at my mom and dads house for an hour or so visit then the trip home. Ugh.....miles of delay on I-85! On the phone with Thom he supplied me with detour information....almost 2 hours to get to Lyman!
Shower, snack and a little TV with my sweet hubby. Off to bed.....
