Thom and I celebrated our wedding anniversary spending the day un-decorating (Thanksgiving stuff) and redecorating (Christmas stuff) the entire house. I think this was the first year he didn't man the golf course on Black Friday so I had some help with the monumental task. It was exhausting but with the two of us laboring we were done in time to enjoy an IHOP meal and a movie to commemorate our special occasion.
We navigated the crowds at the mall and took our seats in the near empty theater at 7 o'clock. We saw "The Christmas Candle", a film based on a Max Lucado story. It seemed more like a warm and fuzzy Hallmark production but we enjoyed it. Very Christmassy!
Once we finished our task for the day it was a good anniversary.
Thankful the Lord has blessed me with a Godly husband .......love him......
