Routines.....

Yesterday was a make up day at the mission. It seemed like I hadn't been there in ages although it wasn't much more then a week. After a busy morning it was time for our "Daniel Plan" meeting.....lost a few pounds but my heart just isn't into this "whole and natural" thing!

Thom worked industriously around the house looking forward to a Friday of golf.

That plan was not to be. Pouring rain kept him home while I headed to the doctor at 7:00 a.m. this morning for a bone density test. The weather turned lovely and we took a nice long walk enjoying the fresh air.

Nothing notable..... okay by me......
