Don't Get Much Better......

My gifted "jack of all trades" husband was drafted to prepare and present a "Car Care 101" class at the Gaston County Library where Janice works (enlisted by her of course) so we went north early in the morning. Before the presentation Thom and Brady accompanied my aunt on a car shopping expedition while Olivia and I did a few errands. We met back at the house and all traveled to the library together. Thom was a big hit with the patrons and the kids and I read and did puzzles during his "lecture".

Back to the Kahns where my mother and aunt joined us for coffee till Janice's workday was complete and we left for home.

Up early once again and on the road to Fayetteville, Georgia by 9 a.m.. Michael was participating in a baseball tournament and he and Marc were down from NY and near the Atlanta area for one of the games. It was well worth the 4 hour drive to see them both. Sadly, Mike's team was not victorious and although the weather was scorching we totally enjoyed being there and getting to spend a little time. Dinner with them and a few others at Olive Garden then back on the interstate. Made a bit better time on the return trip.

Showered and worn out but such a good 2 days.....
