Veggie Delight.....

Gentle rain fell as we prepared for church and continued into the early afternoon.

As the sky cleared, Thom pursued his outdoor endeavors and when he delivered nearly 20 tomatoes to my kitchen counter it was in my best interest to begin the stewing process. All are peeled, cut and mixed with celery, peppers, onions and spices ready for crock pot cooking first thing in the morning.

Divot joined us for a walk and an otherwise peaceful Sunday came to a close......
