Super......

Saturday night the heating system died in our church and the phones and internet were abuzz spreading the word. Early service and SS were cancelled. We gathered for worship in the gym at 10:15 and surprisingly the attendance was near normal. Great message was delivered by the pastor.

There was no evening service or youth functions due to the cold building. Thom and I headed for Gastonia to share super bowl Sunday with my parents. We had dinner at the Olive Garden and lasted through the first half of the game before coming home. I'm not a big football fan but do enjoy the big game.

We snoozed till 9:30 this morning and enjoyed a nice walk. Jennifer marked her 41st birthday today and we traveled to Inman with pizza and cake to celebrate. Time goes so fast!
