Harvest Day.....

The veggies are ripening on the vines and the first crop was picked this morning! Result .... a day in the kitchen peeling cucumbers and onions, slicing peppers and tomatoes. Yum! Marinated cucumbers for 4th of July dinner with fresh garden tomatoes and peppers garnishing our plates!

Thom was off to the course early to pick up paperwork from his absent Wednesday and after lunch attended a board meeting at CPC. Busy day for him. I just had chores and chef duty.

Off for a walk following dinner then relaxation.....
