Washed Out......

Somehow the golf course managed to stay playable through the rain and Thom worked a full day yesterday. We had dinner and swimming with the Bishops on the agenda but once again our outdoor activities were washed away.

Had a great time regardless. The kids painted cookies and after dinner I assembled a homemade game (idea courtesy of Pinterest). Lots of laughs. Card tricks and telepathy concluded the evening. Carson was thrilled to learn the secrets of Grandpa's magic and left here anxious to show off his new skills to his dad.

More rain filled today. We did chores and ran errands. A day of sunshine would be so welcome but none in the forecast.
