Fancy......

Thom and I enjoyed lunch at the Piedmont Club this afternoon. It's a high rent private club in downtown Spartanburg . We were attending a political event featuring our congressman Trey Gowdy, our senator Tim Scott, and the president of Concerned Women of America Penny Nance. We were joined by lots of friends and acquaintances who support traditional marriage and other conservative causes. Our local Republican party group organized it together with the CPC staff. It was a great time and good food.

Thom went off to a high school football game for the evening. I spent the time playing with frosting decorating Brady's birthday cake. Hard to believe he is 6 years old today!
