Grim.....

The vet began the ultrasound this morning and within a short time abandoned the process and eliminated the prospect of going further with xrays. Nuggets spleen, liver and kidneys are full of lesions and masses .....certainly terminal. We brought her home and we'll be administering  prednisone in hopes of buying some time. Within one week we'll know if it is effective. I really don't know what to expect but am hoping her time left with us will be active, pain free and happy.
