Thom had an almost record number of old guys playing golf on Wednesday.....50! They had a great day in the fantastic weather. I had a blessed day at CPC and we shared the blessings of prayer meeting.
Today's morning was disappointing. Thom's veins were uncooperative and after numerous attempts to insert the IV for his CT scan the nurses gave up. He will have to have the test done on Monday at the hospital where they have a vein team that can deal with his "rolling veins".
We joined the many well wishers at CPC this afternoon to celebrate Alexia's 25th anniversary as ministry director. She is an amazing lady and I am so blessed to know her and share her work for the Lord.
Home for a walk, a yummy dinner, decorating yet another cake , ironing and finally some down time.
Gotta love the laziness of the retiree.......
