Yesterday was a full day of house, yard and vehicle work in preparation for today's Mother's Day gathering.
Thom opened the pool and with the temps soaring to the 90's it may still be freezing but it will be tempting! Thinking the kids just may be resilient enough to take the plunge. We are so frustrated with the water authority. They promised us normal lake levels by today and the boat is almost in the mud.....will be a project to get the older folks aboard but we'll figure it out.
Started the morning with CPC at Newspring again for the "modern day" service....just not church!
Looking forward to a great day with my sweeties and friends....hoping the heat doesn't keep us inside.....
