We had a great few days with the kids. Nothing big was on our agenda just lots of pool time, a thousand games of Aggravation, a Sequence battle of the sexes, some after dinner walks and boat rides.
The kids did go with me yesterday to see Dr. Ben Carson in person at CPC and listen to him address the group of maybe 75 people. He is very impressive and should definitely be considered as a serious contender as a presidential nominee. They may be a little young for a real interest in politics but it is an interest worth cultivating (at least to become an informed voter with intelligent well grounded opinions).
We drove to Gastonia this afternoon to return them to their rightful guardian stopping to visit my mom and aunt as well.
Tired and off to bed......
