United To Pray.......

Another week has flown by!

Our week was highlighted by a Tuesday trip to Columbia to join 8000 other believers in a prayer rally "Decision2016". Franklin Graham is traveling the country gathering Christians at every state capital to lift up our country before the Lord and pray for biblical leadership and the reversal of the moral decline in America. It was wonderful.

Thom's golfing has been suspended by all the freezing temps that force the covering of the greens. He has definitely been keeping busy with house stuff though. 

Wednesday was a 2 client day at CPC and Thom was at Holston Creek for a meeting. We are rewriting our church constitution to address and protect our church from litigation when we refuse to conduct gay weddings and other secular world demands. He is part of that team. Becky from Miracle Hill had dinner at Camp Carney and spoke to the WMU meeting. She did a great job and the ladies were given a true insight as to the work done at the shelter.

Yesterday Thom had an early appointment at the dermatologist. He got a referral to have that chin lump removed (it is not cancerous just something that needs to be addressed).

A day of cleaning ahead and preparation for company on Sunday.

Very cold again with no relief in sight till next week......
