Thom had 50 old guys show up to senior golf today.....I think it was a record turn out. He does and amazing job running this group weekly and was rewarded today with a fancy designer golf shirt from the pro shop. His skills certainly add to the revenue at Village Green and I'm so glad they appreciate him.
I had a blessed day at CPC. New and exciting news from one of my clients and serious issues needing discussion from others.
Pastor is still preaching revival in NC so Thom was called upon to do the message at prayer service tonight. He discussed witnessing from a different perspective and our biblical obligation to share the salvation message with others. We know and care for so many people who know about Jesus but don't know Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior. We need to take seriously the great commission and open dialogues......their eternity is at risk! Heaven can't be earned or bought, it is not a reward for following rules or being "good". Salvation is through Christ alone....He was enough. We need to be bold!
