Medical.....

Today was a step away from the ordinary. We woke at 5:30 and were headed for Gastonia . My dad has had a few rough days and my mom wanted Thom and I to accompany her for his doctor visit. Most all his "numbers" were okay but his weight loss is drastic and his energy level is about zero. Solution.....eat and gain!

We went from doctor to xray location for an image of his knee (it hurts) then on to the medical equipment store to order a wheel chair. Hopefully that will provide more stable mobility .

A pleasant lunch at IHOP and finally back on the road for arrival home at 4:30.

Tired but satisfied with the day's activities. Praying my dad will have an increase in appetite , a decrease in pain with the scheduled cortisone shot and safer times around the house....
