Oven Out, Oven In........

We weren't sure how the day was going to flow so we made no specific schedule. I had an appointment at 10:15 which turned out to be surprisingly brief and allowed us to leisurely head to Gastonia for a day of "hired hand" work for my dear hubby.

Stefanie had left a list of house issues that required manly attention and in addition was the major project of installing her new microwave. We arrived by lunchtime and she came home for her midday meal to say hi, share a sandwich and catch-up conversation.Thom got busy and although the oven took longer then expected he accomplished all her repairs in time for everyone (including the Kahns and my mom) to gather together and share a deep dish dinner from Li'l Caesars. 

Back home after a long day.
